REGISTRATION FEE: All fees are non-refundable. Registration is valid from the first class through August 31, 2017.
REFUNDS/PAYMENT POLICY: Students will only receive a refund if we are notified within the first 2 weeks, in writing, and only for classes not yet attended will be refunded. No refund or credit will be issued after the second week. Extended injury or illness MAY be credited, depending on the situation. You are paying for a spot in each 20 week session NOT for classes you attend. No refunds will be issued for classes missed. All payments are due on or before the first scheduled class of each session. A $20.00 LATE FEE will be charged for all late payments. You will be charged a $30.00 BANK FEE for returned checks.
MAKE-UPS: Students may make up 3 classes per session for absences due to illness. All classes missed for any reason must be made up in four weeks or within each session (whichever comes first) or you will lose the class. Make-ups will NOT be carried over to future sessions. I understand that I must register at the front desk in order to participate in the make-up date. A Make-up Request Form must be submitted upon scheduling Make-ups. Our office will contact you to schedule your Make-up with-in 1 week of your request. Make-ups will be scheduled on a first come first serve basis. A 24 hour cancellation notice is required. Failing to do so will result in losing that make-up. I understand that any classes cancelled due to inclement weather, will be re-scheduled as make-ups on a day designated by Athletic Edge Sports Center. All students are entitled to (1) one holiday Make-up.
MEDICAL: We suggest that all gymnasts have a medical examination before participating in gymnastics and the sports center should be made aware of any allergies, ailments or handicaps in writing.
WAIVER & RELEASE: I am aware that in addition to the usual dangers and risks inherent in the sport of Gymnastics, Cheerleading, Martial Arts and Trampoline, certain additional dangers and risks are present when using Athletic Edge Sports Center Inc. Facilities, Gymnastic Equipment and Trampoline, including, but not limited to, the danger and risk of falling, landing, performing tricks, and colliding with other students, staff, media personnel and spectators. By signing this waiver, I freely accept and fully assume responsibility for all such dangers and the possibility of personal injury, death, property damage or loss resulting there from. I, hereby certify that my child or children are covered by my own medical insurance, and that I have read and understand this release of liability prior to signing it, and I am aware that by signing the release of liability, I am waiving certain legal rights which I or my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and assigns may have against the releases.

CANCELLATIONS: A 24 hour cancellation notice is mandatory. Failing to do so will result in losing that lesson. The customer is responsible to pay in full for the lost lesson.
MAKE-UPS: You may have up to two (2) make-ups. Make-ups must be scheduled in accordance with AESC’s instructor’s availability. I understand that if I can not make the days that are offered as a make-up, I will lose that lesson.
Each party is 2 hours in length with 1 1⁄2 hours on the floor, followed by 30 minutes in the designated party area. Additional instructors may be requested at $50 each. An additional 1⁄2 hour may be requested at specific times for an additional $75. (Note: We include 1 instructor for every 8 children, each additional group of 8 children is $125).
Two sets of 5 Latex Balloons are available for $25 per set, must be purchased through Athletic Edge. No outside balloons will be permitted during any party.
When scheduling a party, a non-refundable deposit of $100 cash or charge is due to secure your party date and time. If for any reason you cannot keep the reserved date & time, a $50 fee will be charged.
The balance is due at the start of your party. Please pay the exact amount (cash or charge); the instructors do not have change.
Gratuities are not included and should be considered if deserved.
The minimum age of participants is three; if children in this age group are attending, an adult for each must be present to assist if necessary. ***Please note that the max number of children per party is 50.***
Parties are to begin and end promptly in order to be fair to everyone involved.
Use of our indoor basketball half-court is permitted during the parties for an additional $50. You must let us know upon confirming whether or not you would like to use it.
Outside food is not permitted at any party. Should you choose to order extra food; it must be ordered through Athletic Edge.
REGISTRATION FEE: Fee is $25.00 for all team members (Boys, Suns, Moons, Comets, Stars and Extremes). All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Registration fee is valid from the first class through August 31st, 2013
PAYMENT POLICY: Tuition is due the first of the month. If not paid by the 10th there will be a $15.00 late charge added to your next month’s tuition. Tuition will not be discounted for unjustified missed practices, NO exceptions. If your child is injured, half tuition is due for that month. Your child is expected to come to practice for conditioning and stretching. You have the option to have your credit card on file in our office. Your tuition will be charged by the 10th of every month to avoid late fees. You will be charged a $30.00 BANK FEE for returned checks.
MAKE-UPS: There are NO MAKE-UPS for any team members, NO exceptions. We will try our best to accommodate any child with religious obligations such as CCD. There are no guarantees. Every team member receives access to Open Tumbling for FREE.
TEAM FEES: A schedule for meet fee payments will be posted on the team board in the lobby. If not paid by the due date, your child will not be eligible for that specific competition. USAG Memberships, uniforms and all other team fees must be paid by due date or your child will not be able to participate.
ALL TEAM PARENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE INFORMATION ON THE TEAM BOARD EACH TIME YOU TAKE YOUR CHILD TO PRACTICE.
