Items that should be in your child’s bag daily:

Grips, Theraband, Write Guards (if needed), Water, Ankle Weights, Tape, Sliders, Gloves (for strap bar),

Spray Bottle, Jump Rope, Foam Roller (if needed), Hand Sanitizer.
